Realry Live is an AI creator video-shopping service operated by The Real Group. This policy explains the information we process when you browse videos, interact with creators, or follow links to a seller.

Information we process

Account information supplied by Apple, including an account identifier, name, and email address when available.
Content and social activity you choose to submit, including comments, reports, follows, likes, and blocks.
Video, product, search, playback, seller-link, and affiliate-attribution activity needed to operate and improve the service.
Language, market, and recent-search preferences stored to provide the experience you select.
Request and security logs needed to protect and diagnose the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize the service, remember preferences, operate social features, prevent abuse, investigate reports, measure content and product performance, attribute eligible seller transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Service providers may process information on our instructions for authentication, infrastructure, content delivery, moderation, and security. When you choose a seller link, the seller and affiliate partner may receive the information needed to open the product page and attribute a transaction. Their privacy policies apply after you leave Realry Live.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account in the app from MY → Settings → Delete account. Limited security, transaction, moderation, or legal records may be retained only as required, and removal from backups may take additional time.

Your choices

You may browse core content without an account, manage follows and likes, block users, report content, change language and market, and delete your account. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Children

Realry Live is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
