How can we help?

For account, content, seller-link, safety, privacy, or account-deletion questions, contact our support team. Include the creator name or video title when reporting content. Do not include passwords or payment-card information.

Account deletion

In the app, open MY → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes the account and associated profile data.

Unsafe content

Use Report on a comment or post for the fastest review. You can also block the author immediately. Reported content reaches our moderation queue and is reviewed within 24 hours. See the Community Guidelines for what we remove.

Purchases

Purchases are completed on the linked seller site. Order, delivery, return, and refund questions are handled by that seller.
