Realry Live is an AI creator video-shopping service operated by The Real Group. By creating an account or signing in you accept these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign in with Apple establishes your identity; you may delete the account at any time from MY → Settings → Delete account.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of comments, fan posts, and other content you submit. You grant The Real Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content inside the service. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Realry Live. The following are prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or stalking of any person.
Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Sexually explicit content, and any sexual content involving minors.
Violence, self-harm encouragement, or promotion of illegal acts.
Spam, scams, fraudulent offers, or repetitive commercial solicitation.
Disclosure of another person's private or identifying information.
Impersonation of a creator, a company, or another user.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Every comment and fan post carries a menu with Report and Block user. Reports reach our moderation queue immediately, and we review them and act within 24 hours. Blocking removes that user's content from your feeds at once and keeps it hidden. We may remove content, hide it from other users, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate an account that violates these terms, with or without notice. Objectionable content is removed and the user who posted it is ejected from the service.

Shopping through Realry Live

Products are sold by third-party retailers. When you open a seller link you leave Realry Live, and that seller's terms govern the order, payment, delivery, return, and refund. We are not a party to that sale.

AI-generated content

Creators, videos, and voices on Realry Live may be generated with AI. Content is produced for shopping entertainment and is not professional advice.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. Sections on content licence, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, The Real Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Apple as a third-party beneficiary

This agreement is between you and The Real Group, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
